1914 Twenty Dollar Bill found among John Pitcairn's papers and taped to a paper with label and framed by a former archivist. The paper, lable and bill have been removed from the frame.

Bound tablet of sheets of thick black paper, allowing one to draw upon it with chalk or a white pencil. Designed so that sheets would be torn off the pad after use, much as a modern notepad.

Brass printing plate, engraved in reverse, bearing the name "John Pitcairn, Jr." After the death of his father, John Sr., in 1885, he dropped the use of "Jr."
